INSTITUTION DESCRIPTION<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Article 33 Indonesia is a policy research institute for inclusive development issues. Article 33 Indonesia has produced various research in the areas of: (a) regulatory mapping and regulatory framework; (b) education; (c) village development and 3T area management of natural resources (SDA); (d) health; (e) forestry; and (f) population. Apart from research, Article 33 Indonesia has also provided various policy development assistance for relevant governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Application Developer Specialist Position<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/i>This will report directly to the Executive Director and Program Manager. The position includes responsibility for providing support to Article 33 Indonesia in the form of:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. \n

    Development of survey instrument applications that are easy to use by users (<\/span><\/span><\/span>user friendly<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span>) intended for tests and observations;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Providing explanations and training regarding application use to the project team and enumerators;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Compile data sets from developed applications;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Write, compile and develop operational guidelines for using applications that can be accessed by the project team, enumerators and respondents;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Do <\/span><\/span><\/span>data cleaning<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span> from raw data (<\/span><\/span><\/span>raw data<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span>) per instrument that has been prepared and entered into the application into data that can be processed and analyzed;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    Attend meetings aimed at supporting application creation;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    Carrying out other work related to the project.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    JOB DURATION<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    The duration of this work is September 2022 \u2013 November 2022 with output to be determined by the project.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    QUALIFICATION<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. \n

      Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience or a minimum of a Master's degree with at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field, for example education, anthropology, sociology;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of survey instrument\/data application development<\/span><\/span><\/span>;<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      Have good report writing and oral communication skills in Indonesian;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      Knowledge of the issues that are the focus of Article 33 Indonesia's work will be an added value;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    5. \n

      Commit to short duration work;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    6. \n

      Willing to work both independently and with a team with a flexible schedule, and uphold the principles and policies of Article 33 Indonesia.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
