INSTITUTION DESCRIPTION<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Article 33 Indonesia is a policy research institute for inclusive development issues. Article 33 Indonesia has produced various research in the areas of: (a) regulatory mapping and regulatory framework; (b) education; (c) village development and 3T area management of natural resources (SDA); (d) health; (e) forestry; and (f) population. Apart from research, Article 33 Indonesia has also provided various policy development assistance for relevant governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This Field Supervisor position will report directly to the Program Manager. The position includes responsibility for providing support to Article 33 Indonesia in the form of:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Conduct field visits and observations before going to the field<\/span><\/span>;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Communicate activity plans to the parties involved, such as local government, respondents, enumerators, etc.;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Arrange scheduling with respondents;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Coordinating the implementation of tests with MSMEs and In-Depth Interviews with local governments, hotels, restaurants, etc.;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Documenting activities and pinpointing locations;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Enter test results and send recorded results <\/span><\/span>in-depth interview<\/i><\/span><\/span>;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  7. \n

    Carrying out other work related to the project.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    JOB DURATION<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    The duration of this work is September 2022 \u2013 November 2022 with output to be determined by the project.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    QUALIFICATION<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. \n

      Have a minimum of a Diploma-III degree with at least 5 years of experience or a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field, for example education, anthropology, sociology;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of implementation and field observation and implementation of activities <\/span><\/span>interview<\/i><\/span><\/span> to respondents<\/span><\/span>;<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      Domiciled in the district. Toba, Kab. Simalungun and Kab. Samosir, North Sumatra;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      Have good report writing and oral communication skills in Indonesian;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    5. \n

      Knowledge of the issues that are the focus of Article 33 Indonesia's work will be an added value;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    6. \n

      Commit to short duration work;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    7. \n

      Willing to work both independently and with a team with a flexible schedule, and uphold the principles and policies of Article 33 Indonesia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
