\nThis position will be placed in Jakarta, so it will prioritize candidates who live in Jakarta.<\/p>\n

JOB SUMMARY
\nProject Management Officer<\/em> (PMO) will work under the supervision of the Communications Team and has duties and responsibilities including the following:
\n\u2022 Support communications managers and communications teams with facilitation and documentation for project requirements.
\n\u2022 Manage project planning, including setting goals, schedules, and budgets.
\n\u2022 Develop and develop a project management methodology that suits the organization's needs, and supervise the implementation of this methodology.
\n\u2022 Manage resource allocation, including labor, budget, and equipment.
\n\u2022 Ensure that projects proceed according to plan and meet established deadlines, by regularly monitoring project progress.
\n\u2022 Select, implement, and maintain project management tools and software, and provide training regarding the use of these tools to the project team.
\n\u2022 Identify potential project risks and problems, and develop mitigation strategies and solutions to address emerging risks and problems.
\n\u2022 Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, clients and project teams and ensure that all relevant parties are informed about project progress.
\n\u2022 Provide recommendations for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of project management based on experience and project monitoring.
\n\u2022 Provide training to project team members regarding project management methodologies and practices.
\n\u2022 Conduct post-project analysis to evaluate learning and project success.
\n\u2022 Prepare project status reports for senior management and other stakeholders.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATION
\n\u2022 Work experience (min. 2 years) in a project management or PMO role.
\n\u2022 Proactive, quick response, and adept at solving problems.
\n\u2022 Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n\u2022 Flexible, good teamwork skills, and can work with minimal supervision.
\n\u2022 Good communication skills and easy to adapt to new environments.
\n\u2022 Previous experience in strategic planning, scenario analysis, and SWOT analysis.
\n\u2022 The ability to adapt to changing environments, think innovatively, and propose creative solutions to complex problems is highly valued in strategic roles.<\/p>\n
