Tiga Tiga Indonesia articles have produced various research, especially in 4 main areas: (a) education; (b) regional economy; (c) natural resources\/climate change (<em>natural resources and climate change<\/em>); (d) GEDSI. Apart from research, Article Tiga Tiga Indonesia has also provided various assistance in policy development for relevant governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-dfb82a9e gb-headline-text\"><strong>NEED<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-9d06c3a7 gb-headline-text\">Three Three Indonesian Articles<strong> <\/strong>look for<strong> <\/strong>candidate<strong> NRCC Associate Researcher\/Specialist <\/strong><em>(natural resources and climate change<\/em>). The NRCC Associate Researcher\/Specialist will be responsible for proposal development, program and research implementation, and developing the NRCC issues division. NRCC Associate Researchers\/Specialists will be under the supervision of the Head of the Policy Research Division and <em>Deputy Director\/<\/em>Responsible for the NRCC Compartment, as well as coordinating with other related teams.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-28c4e1e6 gb-headline-text\"><strong>LOCATION &amp; HOW IT WORKS<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-d2a644ac gb-headline-text\">This position will be placed in Jakarta, so it prioritizes candidates who are domiciled in <strong>Jakarta.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-e6cedab7 gb-headline-text\"><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Involved in making program proposals and policy research<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Involved in program implementation, research and policy advocacy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designing policy research designs and being involved in all implementation of policy research<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Involved in organizational development and policy research division<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carry out all coordination, administration and reporting of work results according to organizational procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-922e45d2 gb-headline-text\"><strong>SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\/Master in economics, social, political or relevant fields, with at least 10 years of organizational or work experience in the relevant field, and 5 years leading a work team or organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of natural resource\/climate change issues <em>(natural resources and climate change)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have experience working with and\/or running funding programs and\/or government programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a strong working network on natural resources\/climate change issues <em>(natural resources and climate change) <\/em>will be an added value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-3af74cb4 gb-headline-text\"><strong>GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Can adapt to fast work rhythms and changes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oriented to good output, on time, accurate and innovative details;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can work together in teams or independently, able to adapt to varied work environments, have good interpersonal qualifications, able to work together in teams consisting of various backgrounds, beliefs, ethnicities and cultures and nationalities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to handle several programs\/work simultaneously;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have good leadership and communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in English and Indonesian both verbally and in writing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have initiative, creativity and problem solving skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uphold the principles and policies of Article 33 Indonesia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-b17ff3da gb-headline-text\"><strong>ENVIRONMENT AND WORK RELATIONS<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under the supervision of the Head of the Policy Research Division and <em>Deputy Director<\/em>\/Person in Charge of the NRCC Compartment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams and other cross units<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-409976e2 gb-headline-text\"><strong>APPLICATION AND SELECTION PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-00f06569 gb-headline-text\">Article 33 Indonesia is an institution that opens equal opportunities for everyone.
