Today, 31 selected authors presented their work, having been selected from 215 submitted abstracts, reflecting the high level of interest in this forum.<br><br>Researchers, academics, educators, and education experts from various regions in Indonesia, as well as some from abroad such as Australia and America, shared their perspectives in this session. Today&#039;s presentations covered critical sub-themes, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Digitalization to Minimize the Gap in Access and Quality of Education<\/strong>: An exploration of how technology can minimize gaps in access and quality of education across regions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Improving the Quality and Quantity of Teachers<\/strong>: Discussion on methods and strategies to improve the quality and quantity of teachers, which is considered vital in reducing educational disparities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Educational Facilities and Infrastructure<\/strong>: The importance of equitable educational facilities to support effective learning throughout the country.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Handling of GEDS Issues<\/strong>I (Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion): Discussion on how education policies can be more inclusive and non-discriminatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Application of Student-Centered Learning<\/strong>: Exploring approaches that emphasize the needs and potential of each student for better educational outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-f422683b gb-headline-text\">FELT 2024 seeks to inspire new and relevant research in education. This forum is not only a place to exchange ideas, but also a collaborative platform that supports the development of effective and inclusive education policies.<br><br>We appreciate each presenter and author for their important contribution in presenting in-depth research. Their hard work and dedication have provided valuable insights that can guide policymakers in designing targeted and impactful solutions for education in Indonesia.
