Focusing on various programs in Indonesia, this study reveals how individual factors and social relations play an important role in the teaching and learning process and the success of the Pre-Service PPG program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-2904d53a gb-headline-text\"><br>This research report is part of a series of publications aimed at improving the quality of PPG program implementation in Indonesia, conducted by Article 33 Indonesia.
