This training aims to equip participants with a deep understanding of the basic principles and concepts of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) and to raise awareness of the importance of implementing GESI in organizational policies and practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-e79fb4fd gb-headline-text\">Participants are expected to be able to understand GESI issues in the development sector and have sufficient knowledge to develop strategies to achieve gender equality and social justice in development projects. This training covers several main topics, including <strong>Basic Definition and Key Principles, GESI in Organizational Policies and Practices, Mainstreaming GESI in Development Projects<\/strong>, as well as <strong>GESI in Development.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-ef4505dc gb-headline-text\">Gender equality is closely related to intersectionality which recognizes differences and similarities. Something can be said <strong>inclusive<\/strong> if <em><strong>different treatment <\/strong><\/em>which is applied <strong>in accordance with the <em>needs<\/em><\/strong><em> <\/em>or needs, then the difference in treatment is not considered discrimination. On the other hand, if <em>different treatment <\/em>only based on the assumption that it is the same or differentiated without considering the needs, the impact of this can be said to be discrimination.<br><br>During the training, participants are invited to learn through an interactive approach, involving games, discussions, and in-depth reflection on the application of GESI in every aspect of the work and policies they manage.
