Pre-service PPG has been implemented for the past few years with the aim of improving the competence of prospective teachers. Various efforts and transformations of the Pre-service PPG scheme have been carried out, but it is necessary to examine in depth the impact of the Program to prepare an optimization plan for the future. Using primary data collection and quantitative analysis to representatives of LPTK located on various islands in Indonesia, Article 33 Indonesia tries to analyze the impact on 4 Teacher Competency Models (Perdirjen 2626 of 2023), namely pedagogical, personality, professional, and social competencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  3. Knowing the existence and magnitude of competency gaps between prospective teachers who participated in the Pre-Service PPG (highest and lowest performers and eastern and western regions); <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Identifying teacher competency domains that need to be focused on in teaching prospective teachers; <\/li>\n\n\n\n
