The Ministry of Education and Culture's efforts to improve the quality of education both at the regional and educational unit levels have been carried out in various ways. Currently, one of the biggest challenges is ensuring the acceptance of the Regional Government towards various priority education programs. Therefore, efforts are needed to strengthen the capacity of BBPMP\/BPMP through various education transformation modules, Regional Government planning for improving literacy and numeracy, advocacy procedures, monitoring and evaluation of advocacy, to the creation of action plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  3. UPT can advocate education policies to regional education offices strategically and effectively. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. UPT can monitor and evaluate its advocacy strategy more effectively and utilize the results of the monitoring and evaluation to provide data-based recommendations for improvement. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
