INSTITUTION DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Yayasan Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia is a policy research institution for inclusive development issues. Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia has produced various researches especially in 4 main areas: (a) education; (b) regional economy; (c) natural resources\/climate change (natural resources, climate, and energy); (d) Gender Equity, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI). In addition to research, Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia has also provided various policy development assistance for related governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ABOUT THE PROGRAM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Program CREATION<\/strong> (Collaboration for Indonesian Children's Education), funded by the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and Save the Children, aims to improve learning and literacy, numeracy, and character competencies of primary school-aged children and improve early childhood foundation skills that support their transition to the next stage through practices and policies in four fundamental areas (outcomes<\/em>), namely: curriculum and assessment, teaching, leadership, and child protection. These four areas are in line with the four aspects of the ideal school.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Curriculum and Assessment.  <\/strong>Area <\/strong>This is in line with the aspect of student-centered learning, which has a scope related to the implementation of the national curriculum which applies differentiated learning, and carries out assessments to obtain data as a basis for designing learning plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Teaching. <\/strong>This area is in line with the educational aspect that <\/strong>reflective, keen to learn, share, and collaborate where teaching applies differentiated learning, adaptive pedagogical methods and creates an active and participatory environment, as well as the use of learning communities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Leadership. <\/strong>This area is in line with <\/strong>Leadership for continuous improvement of education services where increasing the capacity of school principals for school leadership is carried out through the principal learning community, and ensuring that they can supervise learning and design the curriculum of educational units.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Child protection. <\/strong>This area is in line with the aspect <\/strong>A safe, inclusive and diversity-celebrating school climate where child protection includes prevention of bullying, sexual violence and ensuring an inclusive environment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    LOCATION & WORK PERIOD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The KREASI program managed by Article 33 Indonesia is carried out in North Nias Regency, North Sumatra Province<\/strong>. The working period is 1 (one) year<\/strong>, starting from when the selected Finance & Admin Officer candidate signs the contract until December 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    SCOPE OF WORK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Program Budget Planning
      \u2013 Support the team in preparing budgets based on program needs.
      \u2013 Ensure financial administration is in accordance with program and organizational policies.
      \u2013 Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing budget for operational purposes.
      \u2013 Ensure the availability of funds for each program activity.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Program Implementation
      \u2013 Provide administrative and financial support during program implementation.
      \u2013 Manage supporting documents such as contracts, notes, and invoice<\/em>.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Monitoring and Evaluation
      \u2013 Monitor the completeness of program administration and financial documents.
      \u2013 Prepare administrative and financial evaluation reports.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Budget Management
      \u2013 Assist in preparing program budgets with the finance team.
      \u2013 Provide input on budget efficiency for programs.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Budget Reporting
      \u2013 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
      \u2013 Ensure all financial reporting is in accordance with organizational policies.
      \u2013 Support the preparation of program activity reports based on administrative documents.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      QUALIFICATION<\/strong> SPECIAL<\/strong>
      To be able to carry out his\/her responsibilities as Finance & Admin Officer, he\/she must meet the following requirements and qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. Minimum D3 in Accounting, Finance, or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Minimum 2 years work experience in accounting, finance, or administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Experience working with non-profit organizations\/NGOs is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting systems (e.g., SAP or QuickBooks).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Understand financial management procedures, document archiving, and financial reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Able to prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including bank reconciliations and petty cash<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Having a basic understanding of tax policies (PPH, PPN) is an added value.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Careful, honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Have good communication skills, both written and oral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Able to work independently with supervision and coordination with the Program Team and Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Domiciled in North Nias Regency or willing to relocate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. Willing to travel on business if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
