INSTITUTION DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Yayasan Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia is a policy research institution for inclusive development issues. Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia has produced various researches especially in 4 main areas: (a) education; (b) regional economy; (c) natural resources\/climate change (natural resources, climate, and energy); (d) Gender Equity, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI). In addition to research, Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia has also provided various policy development assistance for related governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ABOUT THE PROGRAM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Program CREATION<\/strong> (Collaboration for Indonesian Children's Education), funded by the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and Save the Children, aims to improve learning and literacy, numeracy, and character competencies of primary school-aged children and improve early childhood foundation skills that support their transition to the next stage through practices and policies in four fundamental areas (outcomes<\/em>), namely: curriculum and assessment, teaching, leadership, and child protection. These four areas are in line with the four aspects of the ideal school.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Curriculum and Assessment.  <\/strong>Area <\/strong>This is in line with the aspect of student-centered learning, which has a scope related to the implementation of the national curriculum which applies differentiated learning, and carries out assessments to obtain data as a basis for designing learning plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Teaching. <\/strong>This area is in line with the educational aspect that <\/strong>reflective, keen to learn, share, and collaborate where teaching applies differentiated learning, adaptive pedagogical methods and creates an active and participatory environment, as well as the use of learning communities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Leadership. <\/strong>This area is in line with <\/strong>Leadership for continuous improvement of education services where increasing the capacity of school principals for school leadership is carried out through the principal learning community, and ensuring that they can supervise learning and design the curriculum of educational units.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Child protection. <\/strong>This area is in line with the aspect <\/strong>A safe, inclusive and diversity-celebrating school climate where child protection includes prevention of bullying, sexual violence and ensuring an inclusive environment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    LOCATION & WORK PERIOD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The KREASI program managed by Article 33 Indonesia is carried out in North Nias Regency, North Sumatra Province<\/strong>. The working period is 1 (one) year<\/strong>, starting from when the selected Logistic Officer candidate signs the contract until December 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    SCOPE OF WORK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Procurement Planning
      \u2013 Design a procurement schedule for goods and services that is in accordance with program operational needs and activity plans.
      \u2013 Identifying the need for goods and services based on work plans and , <\/em>program activities.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Procurement Management
      \u2013 Manage the entire procurement process, from request, purchase, to distribution of goods and services.
      \u2013 Ensure all procurement is conducted in accordance with applicable organizational policies, program guidelines, and quality standards.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Procurement Condition Monitoring
      \u2013 Monitor and evaluate the condition of goods that have been procured to ensure quality and conformity.
      \u2013 Ensure that stock of goods remains available, safe, and recorded in a good management system.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Procurement Reporting
      \u2013 Prepare periodic procurement reports accurately and on time.
      \u2013 Record and document every procurement transaction as a transparent and accountable archive.
      <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Office Goods Management
      \u2013 Manage office inventory, including routine maintenance, recording incoming\/outgoing goods, and replacing damaged goods.
      \u2013 Maintain and ensure efficient use of office inventory to support smooth program operations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      QUALIFICATION<\/strong> SPECIAL<\/strong>
      To be able to carry out his responsibilities as a Logistic Officer, he must meet the following requirements and qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. D3 in Logistics, Management, or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Minimum 2-3 years experience in logistics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Have led a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Ability to actively coordinate and communicate with government and non-government.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Understanding procurement standards for goods\/services is an added value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Domiciled in North Nias Regency or willing to relocate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
