INSTITUTION DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Yayasan Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia is a policy research institution for inclusive development issues. Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia has produced various researches especially in 4 main areas: (a) education; (b) regional economy; (c) natural resources\/climate change (natural resources, climate, and energy); (d) Gender Equity, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI). In addition to research, Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia has also provided various policy development assistance for related governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ABOUT THE PROGRAM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Program CREATION<\/strong> (Collaboration for Indonesian Children's Education), funded by the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and Save the Children, aims to improve learning and literacy, numeracy, and character competencies of primary school-aged children and improve early childhood foundation skills that support their transition to the next stage through practices and policies in four fundamental areas (outcomes<\/em>), namely: curriculum and assessment, teaching, leadership, and child protection. These four areas are in line with the four aspects of the ideal school.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Curriculum and Assessment.  <\/strong>Area <\/strong>This is in line with the aspect of student-centered learning, which has a scope related to the implementation of the national curriculum which applies differentiated learning, and carries out assessments to obtain data as a basis for designing learning plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Teaching. <\/strong>This area is in line with the educational aspect that <\/strong>reflective, keen to learn, share, and collaborate where teaching applies differentiated learning, adaptive pedagogical methods and creates an active and participatory environment, as well as the use of learning communities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Leadership. <\/strong>This area is in line with <\/strong>Leadership for continuous improvement of education services where increasing the capacity of school principals for school leadership is carried out through the principal learning community, and ensuring that they can supervise learning and design the curriculum of educational units.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Child protection. <\/strong>This area is in line with the aspect <\/strong>A safe, inclusive and diversity-celebrating school climate where child protection includes prevention of bullying, sexual violence and ensuring an inclusive environment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    LOCATION & WORK PERIOD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The KREASI program managed by Article 33 Indonesia is carried out in North Nias Regency, North Sumatra Province<\/strong>. The working period is 1 (one) year<\/strong>, starting from when the selected Office Boy\/Security candidate signs the contract until December 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    SCOPE OF WORK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Procurement Condition Monitoring
      \u2013 Ensure that goods received, stored and issued are in good and safe condition.
      \u2013 Assist in the process of checking the quality of goods and ensuring conformity between procurement documents and physical goods.
      \u2013 Report any damage or loss of goods to the relevant parties as soon as it is discovered.
      \u2013 Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the storage area.

    2. Office Monitoring
      \u2013 Conduct routine monitoring of office areas to ensure a safe work environment.
      \u2013 Controlling access in and out of guests, employees, and goods in the office area.
      \u2013 Identify potential security threats and report suspicious events or incidents to superiors\/leaders.
      \u2013 Helps maintain order in the office environment, including parking areas if necessary.

    3. Office Operational Support
      \u2013 Maintain cleanliness of all office spaces, including work areas and public facilities.
      \u2013 Perform daily cleaning maintenance such as cleaning tables, floors, and toilets.
      \u2013 Assist staff with light administrative activities as needed, such as sending documents or arranging rooms.
      \u2013 Maintain cleanliness of the office environment, including work equipment, meeting rooms, and other public facilities.
      \u2013 Be ready to provide technical or operational support during office activities or events.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      QUALIFICATION<\/strong> SPECIAL<\/strong>
      To be able to carry out his responsibilities as OB\/Security, he must meet the following requirements and qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Minimum education is high school\/vocational school or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Have a healthy physique and good stamina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Understand the basic principles of security and access control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work in a team or individually.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Domiciled in North Nias Regency.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
