Projects<\/strong><\/td>This study discusses the implementation of free basic education in Indonesia by reviewing relevant literature, international conventions, and regulations through a scoping study approach. The focus is on budget adequacy, equity, and efficiency of education funding, with data cited from research institutions such as the World Bank and ACDP. This study uses education cost estimates from the study of Abbas Gozali (2008) to calculate the required budget, analyzes equity through a comparison of fund allocations across regions and socio-economic groups, and assesses efficiency by comparing budget allocations to learning outcomes. These findings aim to support an inclusive and sustainable free basic education policy.<\/td><\/tr>

By providing strategic recommendations for policymakers, this study serves as an important foundation for supporting equitable and sustainable free basic education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
