INSTITUTION DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Yayasan Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia is a policy research institution for inclusive development issues. Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia has produced various researches especially in 4 main areas: (a) education; (b) regional economy; (c) natural resources\/climate change (natural resources, climate, and energy); (d) Gender Equity, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI). In addition to research, Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia has also provided various policy development assistance for related governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ABOUT THE PROGRAM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Program CREATION<\/strong> (Collaboration for Indonesian Children's Education), funded by the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and Save the Children, aims to improve learning and literacy, numeracy, and character competencies of primary school-aged children and improve early childhood foundation skills that support their transition to the next stage through practices and policies in four fundamental areas (outcomes<\/em>), namely: curriculum and assessment, teaching, leadership, and child protection. These four areas are in line with the four aspects of the ideal school.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Curriculum and Assessment.  <\/strong>Area <\/strong>This is in line with the aspect of student-centered learning, which has a scope related to the implementation of the national curriculum which applies differentiated learning, and carries out assessments to obtain data as a basis for designing learning plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Teaching. <\/strong>This area is in line with the educational aspect that <\/strong>reflective, keen to learn, share, and collaborate where teaching applies differentiated learning, adaptive pedagogical methods and creates an active and participatory environment, as well as the use of learning communities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Leadership. <\/strong>This area is in line with <\/strong>Leadership for continuous improvement of education services where increasing the capacity of school principals for school leadership is carried out through the principal learning community, and ensuring that they can supervise learning and design the curriculum of educational units.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Child protection. <\/strong>This area is in line with the aspect <\/strong>A safe, inclusive and diversity-celebrating school climate where child protection includes prevention of bullying, sexual violence and ensuring an inclusive environment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Article 33 membutuhkan posisi Communication Officer untuk Program KREASI di Nias Utara, yang akan berperan penting dalam proses komunikasi serta diseminasi informasi dan hasil praktik baik atau efek dari peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    LOKASI KERJA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The KREASI program managed by Article 33 Indonesia is carried out in North Nias Regency, North Sumatra Province<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    SCOPE OF WORK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. \u2060Membuat dan mengembangkan campaign material<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Mengelola kegiatan-kegiatan komunikasi dan campaign dengan pihak eksternal<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Melakukan pembuatan\/perencanaan konten dan mengelola media social KREASI Nias Utara<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Melakukan pembuatan\/penulisan cerita-cerita praktik baik atau perubahan yang terkait dengan keberhasilan\/efek program KREASI di Nias Utara<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Mendokumentasikan hasil cerita-cerita praktik baik atau perubahan yang terkait dengan keberhasilan\/efek program KREASI di Nias Utara dalam bentuk foto, video maupun artikel<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      QUALIFICATION<\/strong> SPECIAL<\/strong>
      Untuk dapat menjalankan tanggungjawabnya sebagai Communication Officer maka harus memenuhi syarat dan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. S1 komunikasi, marcom, Desain Grafis, Marketing, atau bidang terkait atau yang relevan<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Min. 1-2th working experience di bidang komunikasi, marketing komunikasi atau desain (pengalaman di NGO atau campaign-based organization<\/em> adalah nilai tambah).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Mahir menggunakan software <\/em>desain (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, atau Canva).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Memiliki kemampuan storytelling visual dan copywriting yang kuat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Memiliki pemahaman tentang strategi komunikasi digital dan campaign planning.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Mampu bekerja multitasking, detail-oriented,<\/em> dan terbiasa dengan deadline<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Melampirkan portofolio foto, video desain dan\/atau kampanye komunikasi yang pernah dibuat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      8. Bersedia untuk penempatan di Nias Utara<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
