Penelitian dilakukan melalui survei daring, wawancara<br>mendalam, diskusi kelompok, dan telaah dokumen. Program ini dirancang untuk mencetak generasi baru guru profesional yang siap menjawab tantangan di dunia pendidikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text gb-text-994330c3\">Sebuah kajian mendalam telah dilakukan untuk mengukur efektivitas PPG Prajabatan dengan menganalisis perubahan kompetensi para calon guru selama delapan bulan program. Laporan ini menyajikan temuan awal mengenai sejauh mana program berhasil meningkatkan empat kompetensi inti\u2014pedagogik, profesional, kepribadian, dan sosial.
