Namun, di balik transformasi ini, riset terbaru Article 33 Indonesia menemukan adanya tantangan serius: meningkatnya jumlah pengangguran, ketimpangan keterampilan, dan penurunan upah bagi pekerja yang berpindah sektor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text gb-text-fd331cef\">Studi berbasis data longitudinal IFLS ini juga menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan sebagai kunci untuk menghadapi perubahan ini\u2014baik dalam bentuk <em>reskilling<\/em> and also <em>upskilling<\/em>.
