Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia has produced various researches especially in 4 main areas: (a) education; (b) regional economy; (c) natural resources\/climate change (natural resources, climate, and energy); (d) Gender Equity, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI). In addition to research, Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia has also provided various policy development assistance for related governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE PROGRAM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-20f70368 gb-headline-text\">Program <strong>CREATION<\/strong> (Collaboration for Indonesian Children&#039;s Education), funded by the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and Save the Children, aims to improve learning and literacy, numeracy, and character competencies of primary school-aged children and improve early childhood foundation skills that support their transition to the next stage through practices and policies in four fundamental areas (<em>outcomes<\/em>), namely: curriculum and assessment, teaching, leadership, and child protection. These four areas are in line with the four aspects of the ideal school.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Curriculum and Assessment.&nbsp; <\/strong>Area<strong> <\/strong>This is in line with the aspect of student-centered learning, which has a scope related to the implementation of the national curriculum which applies differentiated learning, and carries out assessments to obtain data as a basis for designing learning plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Teaching. <\/strong>This area is in line with the educational aspect that<strong> <\/strong>reflective, keen to learn, share, and collaborate where teaching applies differentiated learning, adaptive pedagogical methods and creates an active and participatory environment, as well as the use of learning communities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leadership. <\/strong>This area is in line with<strong> <\/strong>Leadership for continuous improvement of education services where increasing the capacity of school principals for school leadership is carried out through the principal learning community, and ensuring that they can supervise learning and design the curriculum of educational units.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Child protection. <\/strong>This area is in line with the aspect<strong> <\/strong>A safe, inclusive and diversity-celebrating school climate where child protection includes prevention of bullying, sexual violence and ensuring an inclusive environment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-e4b6d06d gb-headline-text\"><strong>LOCATION &amp; WORK PERIOD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-daa2d5ac gb-headline-text\">The KREASI program managed by Article 33 Indonesia is carried out in <strong>North Nias Regency, North Sumatra Province<\/strong>. The working period is <strong>1 (one) year<\/strong>, starting from when the selected Program Manager candidate signs the contract until December 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-0a513648 gb-headline-text\"><strong>SCOPE OF WORK<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-2d8f2232 gb-headline-text\"><strong>1. Program Planning and Implementation<\/strong><br>\u2013 Responsible for designing and implementing program plans, ensuring alignment with program and organizational objectives.<br>\u2013 Responsible for developing program plans, budget plans, including resource plans needed to support program implementation.<br>\u2013 Monitor program activities, arrange program implementation schedules, monitor program results, and team members.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-8f81e6b2 gb-headline-text\"><strong>2. Monitoring and Evaluation<\/strong><br>\u2013 Monitor project progress regularly and make adjustments as necessary to keep the program on scope, budget, and schedule.<br>\u2013 With support from MEAL staff, analyze data and prepare reports on project results, providing regular updates to stakeholders.<br>\u2013 Ensure compliance with all program-related reporting and evaluation requirements<br>\u2013 Facilitate meetings with the Program Team and MEAL to review program achievements and take steps to improve and accelerate program implementation.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-9c9c6a99 gb-headline-text\"><strong>3. Team Coordination<\/strong><br>\u2013 Responsible for managing and coordinating cross-departmental teams within the organization, including staff and external partners.<br>\u2013 Facilitate regular team meetings, evaluate monthly activities internally and ensure effective communication and problem solving.<br>\u2013 Provide guidance and support to project team members.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-36791d28 gb-headline-text\"><strong>4. Budget Management<\/strong><br>\u2013 Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.<br>\u2013 Monitor expenses and ensure projects are implemented within financial constraints.<br>\u2013 Facilitate monthly meetings between the program team and finance department to monitor budget usage and budget usage achievements.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-db9a053e gb-headline-text\"><strong>5. Engagement with Stakeholders<\/strong><br>\u2013 Intense coordination with District Representative KREASI Save the Children to obtain input, strategies, and learning on program implementation.&nbsp;<br>\u2013 Play an active role in encouraging and facilitating program activities at the Regency, Sub-district and Educational Institution levels.&nbsp;<br>\u2013 Building and maintaining good relationships with donors, government agencies, partners and other community members.<br>\u2013 Communicate program objectives, progress, and impact to stakeholders both internally and externally.<br>\u2013 Prepare reports for stakeholders, including donors and local community leaders.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-111e8dcc gb-headline-text\"><strong>6. Risk Management<br><\/strong>\u2013 Identify potential risks to project implementation and develop strategies to mitigate risks.<br>\u2013 Resolve conflicts and challenges in a professional manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION<\/strong> <strong>SPECIAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be able to carry out his\/her responsibilities as a Program Manager, he\/she must meet the following requirements and qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum education: Bachelor&#039;s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Management, or other related fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 3 years experience in handling programs in NGOs, both <em>humanitarian <\/em>and also <em>development<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working in community development or with marginalized groups.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Good skills in organizational and time management including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills both verbally and in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in budgeting and financial management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to operate computers to support program management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong ability in problem solving and conflict resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Domiciled in North Nias Regency.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>APPLICATION AND SELECTION PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-8f10116f gb-headline-text\">Article 33 Indonesia is an institution that opens equal opportunities for everyone.
