Dalam konteks perkotaan, isu pangan tidak lagi hanya soal ketersediaan, tetapi juga stabilitas, keterjangkauan, dan ketahanan jangka panjang yang menuntut penanganan sistemik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text gb-text-734d694c\">Kertas kebijakan ini mengidentifikasi tantangan utama dalam sistem pangan Kota Bandung, mulai dari ketergantungan tinggi pada pasokan luar daerah, melemahnya produksi lokal, inefisiensi distribusi yang memicu susut dan limbah pangan, hingga kompleksitas pola konsumsi masyarakat urban.
