Optimizing the Utilization of Village Funds

Use of Village Funds, according to PP no. 60 of 2014 Jo PP No. 22 of 2015 Jo PP No. 8 of 2016 is used for: government administration, development, community empowerment and society. The priority use of Village Funds is also regulated in Village Ministerial Decree No. 5 of 2015 with the principal of using Village Funds for village development and empowering village communities. Based on KNPP data from the Directorate General of PPMD of the Ministry of Villages, Village Fund expenditure as of 18 December 2015 shows that 89,39% was used for village development, 5,49% was used for village government, 2,63% for the community sector, 2,50% for the empowerment sector.
