Alamsyah Saragih berpengalaman lebih dari 25 tahun di sektor publik maupun swasta. Sebagai local governance specialist di Initiative For Local Governance Reform (ILGR) -The World Bank, Jakarta, ia menjadi National Coordinator untuk fasilitasi agenda reformasi tata kelola pemerintahan daerah dalam hal reformasi keuangan daerah, reformasi pengadaan, perumusan strategi pengurangan kemiskinan di daerah dan peraturan daerah terkait transparansi, partisipasi dan akuntabilitas. Alamsyah juga pernah menjabat sebagai Ketua Komisi Informasi Pusat RI pertama pada periode 2009-2013 dan anggota Ombudsman RI 2016-2021 yang mebidangi ekonomi dan keuangan. Setelah menyelesaikan tugas di Ombudsman RI, Alamsyah berprofesi di private sector sebagai Governance Advisor di Indonesian Battery Corporation (IBC), Subholding yang mengelola strategic investment untuk hilirisasi rantai pasok industri nikel-baterai kendaraan listrik. Selain itu ia juga menjadi komisaris independen di PT Remala Abadi Tbk., perusahaan terbuka di Industri penyedia jasa internet dengan kode emiten DATA.

She has leads and supervising projects focused on good governance in the natural resource sector (mining, oil and gas, forestry), climate and energy for over than 15 years. Her expertise includes policy research, stakeholder engagement and advocacy, with a strong knowledge on the grassroot level.Her previous roles include expert staf of Ministry of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform, Asia Pasific Senior Regional Associate for NRGI, Deputy Chief of Party for USAID BIJAK and Community Engagement Lead for USAID SEGAR. She holds a PhD candidacy in Economics from the Australian National University and Universitas Padjajaran. As Internal Affairs and Human Resources Manager at Article 33 Indonesia, Nya leads the improvement of the organization's internal systems, particularly in strengthening capacity management and HR governance. Nya' designed a capacity development system based on real needs, from training planning, budget allocation, to implementation and evaluation of its impact. She also built a more structured and transparent recruitment mechanism to ensure competencies and values match with the organization's needs. In this role, Nya contributes directly to strategic planning, SOP development, and cross-team coordination and evaluation through regular forums and periodic reports. Nya's aspiration is to create a structurally sound and sustainable organization, where work processes are aligned with shared values and goals. One of her biggest achievements is revamping the capacity building system and recruitment process, which is now an important foundation for the growth of the team and organization.

His extensive experience in research, advocacy, knowledge management and project management builds on his earlier work at PUSKAPA, Universitas Indonesia, where he focused on social inclusion and access to justice for children, women and vulnerable groups.

Yusuf Interested in development sectors that closely relate to vulnerable groups such as low-income communities and people with disabilities with extensive experience in education, regional and rural development, public health, inclusivity, behavioral insight, as well as monitoring and evaluation. Yusuf is also skilled in data cleaning, analysis, and visualization using Stata and Excel, and is proficient in both academic and report writing. Ciro joined Article 33 Indonesia in December 2021 as a Researcher. He earned his Bachelor of Economics from Diponegoro University in 2022. During his studies, he focused on the topic of economics of education focusing on the return on education in Indonesia, using household survey data. At Article 33 Indonesia, he has contributed a lot to research projects related to education such as education financing, link and match vocational high schools, and education quality as well as regional development such as economic diversification and labor policies. Ciro is skilled in mixed research methods that include quantitative and qualitative data analysis, data visualization, and policy development.

Hendrikus Rizky Visanto Putro
Hendrik is a sustainability and social inclusion professional, currently working as NRCE-SI Project Officer at Article 33. With more than three years of experience in project management in non-governmental organizations, including at INFID, Hendrik has contributed to promoting sustainability practices, environmental preservation, and mainstreaming human rights in various sectors.One of his achievements is organizing human rights due diligence trainings that strengthen the capacity of civil society and academics in integrating human rights principles into industrial policies. He has also initiated human rights mainstreaming training at the district/city level, which encourages collaboration between local governments and civil society. In addition, Hendrik is actively involved in international forums that discuss human rights issues and sustainable economics.In the future, Hendrik aspires to deepen his expertise in ESG, sustainability, human rights, and public policy, and become a driver of change towards more inclusive and sustainable business practices.
