ProjectsThis study aims to calculate the ideal non-personnel operating unit costs for Vocational High Schools (SMK) in DKI Jakarta Province in 2020, focusing on school operational costs excluding salaries and allowances for education and teaching staff in accordance with applicable regulations. The calculation of these operational unit costs is based on the number of study groups (rombel) in each education unit, with the aim that the DKI Jakarta Government can allocate the Education Operational Assistance (BOP) budget appropriately to support SMK education operations according to national standards. This study is an important foundation to help policy makers plan an appropriate education budget, with the hope of improving the quality of sustainable education at the regional level.

This study explores the calculation of the ideal non-personnel operating unit costs for Vocational High Schools (SMK) in DKI Jakarta Province in 2020. The main focus of this study is to calculate school operational costs that do not involve salaries and allowances for educators and education personnel, in accordance with applicable provisions and regulations. By using the number of study groups (rombel) in each educational unit as the basis for calculation, this study aims to provide a clearer picture of the budget needed to support SMK operations in accordance with national standards.

This report is part of a study designed to map the operational cost needs of vocational high schools in the DKI Jakarta Province. This study aims to provide recommendations that can help the DKI Jakarta Government allocate the appropriate and efficient Education Operational Assistance (BOP) budget, support the smooth operation of schools, and improve the quality of education at the vocational high school level.
