As Internal Affairs and Human Resources Manager at Article 33 Indonesia, Nya leads the improvement of the organization's internal systems, particularly in strengthening capacity management and HR governance. Nya' designed a capacity development system based on real needs, from training planning, budget allocation, to implementation and evaluation of its impact. She also built a more structured and transparent recruitment mechanism to ensure competencies and values match with the organization's needs. In this role, Nya contributes directly to strategic planning, SOP development, and cross-team coordination and evaluation through regular forums and periodic reports. Nya's aspiration is to create a structurally sound and sustainable organization, where work processes are aligned with shared values and goals. One of her biggest achievements is revamping the capacity building system and recruitment process, which is now an important foundation for the growth of the team and organization.
