Field Enumerator Job Vacancies

INSTITUTION DESCRIPTION

Article 33 Indonesia is a policy research institute for inclusive development issues. Article 33 Indonesia has produced various research in the areas of: (a) regulatory mapping and regulatory framework; (b) education; (c) village development and 3T area management of natural resources (SDA); (d) health; (e) forestry; and (f) population. Apart from research, Article 33 Indonesia has also provided various policy development assistance for relevant governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.

PROJECT SUMMARY

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This Field Enumerator position will report directly to the Field Supervisor. The position includes responsibility for providing support to Article 33 Indonesia in the form of:

1. Support supervisors to collect data from appointed respondents;

2. Obtain consent from respondents;

3. Arrange a schedule with respondents;

4. Attend special training for enumerators in preparation for data collection;

5. Documenting activities and pinpointing locations;

6. Enter test results and send recorded results in-depth interview;

7. Carrying out other work related to the project.

JOB DURATION

The duration of this work is September 2022 – October 2022 with output to be determined by the project.

QUALIFICATION

1. Minimum high school graduate with at least 3 years experience or Diploma-III with 1 year experience in a relevant field, for example education, anthropology, sociology;

2. Domiciled in the following areas: Kab. Toba, Kab. Samosir, and Kab. Simalungun, North Sumatra;

3. Minimum 2 years of work experience in data collection in activities interview to respondents;

4. Have good report writing and oral communication skills in Indonesian;

5. Knowledge of the issues that are the focus of Article 33 Indonesia's work will be an added value;

6. Commit to short duration work;

7. Willing to work both independently and with a team with a flexible schedule, and uphold the principles and policies of Article 33 Indonesia.
