INSTITUTION DESCRIPTION
Article 33 Indonesia is a policy research institute for inclusive development issues. Article 33 Indonesia has produced various research in the areas of: (a) regulatory mapping and regulatory framework; (b) education; (c) village development and 3T area management of natural resources (SDA); (d) health; (e) forestry; and (f) population. Apart from research, Article 33 Indonesia has also provided various policy development assistance for relevant governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Instrument Developer Specialist Position This will report directly to the Executive Director and Program Manager. The position includes responsibility for providing support to Article 33 Indonesia in the form of:
- Prepare the instruments needed for project activities
- Facilitate instrument training for enumerators.
- Analyze the results of data collection.
- Coordinating instruments with the Research Coordinator, Core Team, Management Team
- Attend meetings aimed at supporting the instrument.
- Provide routine coordination to the Project Coordinator, Principal Researcher and Management Team
Carrying out other work related to the project
JOB DURATION
The duration of this work is September 2022 – October 2022 with output to be determined by the project.
QUALIFICATION
Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience or a minimum of a Master's degree with at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field, for example education, anthropology, sociology;
Minimum 2 years work experience in the field data collection, data analysis, evaluation and literature review;
Have good report writing and oral communication skills in Indonesian;
Knowledge of the issues that are the focus of Article 33 Indonesia's work will be an added value;
Commit to short duration work;
Willing to work both independently and with a team with a flexible schedule, and uphold the principles and policies of Article 33 Indonesia.
