INSTITUTION DESCRIPTION

Article 33 Indonesia is a policy research institute for inclusive development issues. Article 33 Indonesia has produced various research in the areas of: (a) regulatory mapping and regulatory framework; (b) education; (c) village development and 3T area management of natural resources (SDA); (d) health; (e) forestry; and (f) population. Apart from research, Article 33 Indonesia has also provided various policy development assistance for relevant governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Application Developer Specialist Position This will report directly to the Executive Director and Program Manager. The position includes responsibility for providing support to Article 33 Indonesia in the form of:

1. Development of survey instrument applications that are easy to use by users (user friendly) intended for tests and observations;

2. Providing explanations and training regarding application use to the project team and enumerators;

3. Compile data sets from developed applications;

4. Write, compile and develop operational guidelines for using applications that can be accessed by the project team, enumerators and respondents;

5. Do data cleaning from raw data (raw data) per instrument that has been prepared and entered into the application into data that can be processed and analyzed;

6. Attend meetings aimed at supporting application creation;

7. Carrying out other work related to the project.

JOB DURATION

The duration of this work is September 2022 – November 2022 with output to be determined by the project.

QUALIFICATION

1. Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience or a minimum of a Master's degree with at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field, for example education, anthropology, sociology;

2. Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of survey instrument/data application development;

3. Have good report writing and oral communication skills in Indonesian;

4. Knowledge of the issues that are the focus of Article 33 Indonesia's work will be an added value;

5. Commit to short duration work;

6. Willing to work both independently and with a team with a flexible schedule, and uphold the principles and policies of Article 33 Indonesia.
