Performance Optimization Workshop through Self-Managed Monitoring and Evaluation Type III

in the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Secondary Education (PDM) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology

On April 30, the entire Swakelola Team of the Three Three Articles of Indonesia for the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, and Secondary Education (PDM) held a performance optimization workshop. The meeting reviewed the importance of writing reports in supporting Swakelola activities, both from an administrative and substantive perspective, and how risk mitigation strategies can be beneficial for the implementation of swakelola.

Effective reporting and proper risk mitigation are key to accountability and success of government procurement programs and projects. This workshop provides practical and effective understanding for preparing reports, as well as managing self-managed risks.
