Article 33 Indonesia is a policy research institute for inclusive development issues. JOB SUMMARY
The Organizational Structuring Consultant will support Article 33 Indonesia in compiling, reviewing, evaluating, revising and finalizing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in Article 33 Indonesia based on organizational needs. The Organizational Structuring Consultant will work together with the management team and the Article 33 Indonesia program team.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The position of Organizational Structuring Consultant will be responsible to the Executive Director, Finance Manager and Program Manager. This position has responsibility for managing the organization through the development of SOPs that cover the following scope:
- Mapping the currently available Indonesian SOP Article 33;
- Do desk review SOPs are available and provide input based on organizational needs, this includes providing clarification by establishing regular discussions with the management team and the Article 33 Indonesia program;
- Evaluating the Indonesian Article 33 SOP based on organizational needs, this includes providing SOP proposals that can be added and/or reduced;
- Update the SOP based on the results of the joint evaluation and prepare a new SOP (if necessary).
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, for example psychology or management;
- Minimum two (2) years of work experience managing an organization, especially developing organizational SOPs non-profit;
- Have experience in mapping, reviewing, evaluating and updating SOPs based on organizational needs;
- Knowledge of the issues that are the focus of Article 33 Indonesia's work will be an added value;
- Willing to work both independently and with a team with a flexible schedule, and uphold the principles and policies of Article 33 Indonesia.
