Article 33 Indonesia is a policy research institute specializing in inclusive development issues. Article 33 Indonesia has produced various research in the following areas: (a) regulatory mapping and regulatory frameworks; (b) education; (c) village development and 3T areas, natural resource management; (d) health; (e) forestry; and (f) population. In addition to research, Article 33 Indonesia has also provided various policy development assistance to relevant governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations, where one of the activities carried out by Article 33 Indonesia is research and policy making.

LOCATION

This position will be located in Jakarta, so priority will be given to candidates domiciled in Jakarta.

JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Executive Director and in collaboration with the Article 33 Indonesia Management Team, the Project Leader (Project Leader) Responsible for complying with Indonesia's Article 33 policy and leading the program's implementation and development processes. The Project Leader is expected to be able to lead, coordinate, and manage a project, including planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, coordination, decision-making, and project reporting.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading the project management team in carrying out tasks and responsibilities
Coordinate with the team, make detailed plans for activities and budgets and their achievements.
Ensure that activities run according to the activity plan and budget and in accordance with the target achievements.
Able to mitigate risks that arise in the implementation of activities and budgets
Leading the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of project activities and budgets
Conduct intensive coordination with the Research team, Government and Article 33 management team
Manage reports and summarize the entire reporting process for activities and outputs periodically.
Together with the team, conduct audit processes and manage responses to audit findings.
Conducting analysis of team workload and its compliance with budget

It is expected Project Leader will produce the following output:

RAB Document
Project progress reports (monthly, preliminary report, progress report and final report).
Project evaluation and monitoring report
Audit results with the auditor
Results of monitoring review of the performance of the expert team and management team.
Results of review of output results and suggestions for improvement.
Review of project achievements

QUALIFICATION

Education

Minimum of Masters or Doctorate in an equivalent field in educational science or other related field

Experience

Have a minimum of ten (10) years of work experience in work relevant to the formulation of public policy
Have held managerial positions
Have experience in current education issues and policies
Have experience working with government projects

General Competence

Able to adapt to a varied work environment and have good interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and in teams consisting of various backgrounds, beliefs, ethnicities and cultures and nationalities
Have good leadership and communication skills
Fluency in English and Indonesian both orally and in writing
Have initiative, creativity and problem solving skills
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Uphold the principles and policies of Article 33 Indonesia.
