Increase Literacy Regarding Investment Access and Tax Advocacy for SMEs and Startups

The Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (Kemenkop UKM) held a Coordination Meeting for Assistance to Investment Access and Tax Advocacy for SMEs and Startups on Wednesday, 26 October 2022 at Hotel Santika Mega City Bekasi. This activity was attended by 50 business actors and startups, one of which was waroeng33. The material provided is in the form of Tax Facilities and Incentives for SMEs (Kanwil DJP West Java II), Investment Alternatives for SMEs through Securities Crowdfunding (Bizhare), as well as SME Assistance through the Business Incubator (Inotek). 

Apart from providing information regarding how to access investment for SME capital and also increasing participants' understanding, this activity also opens up networking opportunities between SME players and also Startups who are involved in this activity. The Assistant Deputy for SME Financing and Investment under the Deputy for SMEs hopes that holding this activity can increase the literacy of SMEs regarding access to investment and taxation and help SMEs understand their obligations and can also improve their businesses in the future.
