Tiga Tiga Indonesia is a policy research institute for inclusive development issues. Tiga Tiga Indonesia Articles has produced various research in the areas of: (a) regulatory mapping and regulatory framework; (b) education; (c) village development and 3T area management of natural resources (SDA); (d) health; (e) forestry; and (f) population. LOCATION
This position will be placed in Jakarta, so it will prioritize candidates who live in Jakarta.

JOB SUMMARY
Project Management Officer (PMO) will work under the supervision of the Communications Team and has duties and responsibilities including the following:
• Support communications managers and communications teams with facilitation and documentation for project requirements.
• Manage project planning, including setting goals, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop and develop a project management methodology that suits the organization's needs, and supervise the implementation of this methodology.
• Manage resource allocation, including labor, budget, and equipment.
• Ensure that projects proceed according to plan and meet established deadlines, by regularly monitoring project progress.
• Select, implement, and maintain project management tools and software, and provide training regarding the use of these tools to the project team.
• Identify potential project risks and problems, and develop mitigation strategies and solutions to address emerging risks and problems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, clients and project teams and ensure that all relevant parties are informed about project progress.
• Provide recommendations for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of project management based on experience and project monitoring.
• Provide training to project team members regarding project management methodologies and practices.
• Conduct post-project analysis to evaluate learning and project success.
• Prepare project status reports for senior management and other stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION
• Work experience (min. 2 years) in a project management or PMO role.
• Proactive, quick response, and adept at solving problems.
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible, good teamwork skills, and can work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and easy to adapt to new environments.
• Previous experience in strategic planning, scenario analysis, and SWOT analysis.
• The ability to adapt to changing environments, think innovatively, and propose creative solutions to complex problems is highly valued in strategic roles.
