SUMMARY about Research Academy A33

Article 33 Research Academy is a online learning platforms which provides services to people from various circles including researchers, academics, government, the private sector and the general public to improve their expertise in carrying out research activities and formulating public policies.

This platform provides training packages for various skills needed to become a quality and professional researcher, including mastery of analytical tools, study approaches, creating research designs, writing reports, and other skills that are important to be able to manage various aspects and research. as well as the formulation of evidence-based policies.

Training on this platform is intended for all groups for various interests and levels of expertise possessed and needed. The training provided accommodates those at the beginner, intermediate and expert stages. The training can also be attended by everyone who wants to pursue a career in the world of research, academics at universities, government officials, private companies, and the general public who are interested in the world of research.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide training materials STATA/GIS/NVIVO/TABLEAU The basis is in accordance with the modules that have been provided in 3 direct online meetings and held on the agreed date
2. Carry out the learning process in accordance with the A33 Research Academy syllabus and standards with a learning duration of 2 hours at each meeting
3. Facilitate discussions with participants both during online learning and through WhatsApp groups that have been formed so that an active class dynamic is formed
4. Prepare SAP and Live Course Reports according to the format provided

 With work results (output) as follows:

• Organizing training activities STATA/GIS/NVIVO/TABLEAU according to the agreed level and number of meetings
• SAP as a basis for learning before class starts
• Live Course Report as documentation of course implementation

This Trainer position is: on-call basis based on class availability at Research Academy 33. This position will work closely with the A33 Research Academy team and be directly responsible to the Community Development and Innovation team.

QUALIFICATION

1. Bachelor's degree or above in a field relevant to the selected module (having a Master's / Doctoral degree and in the process of completing the study is highly preferred), for example:
   1. NVIVO: Anthropology, Economics, Education, Fisheries Economics, etc
   2. Qualitative Research: Anthropology, sociology, Economics, Education, Public Health, etc
   3. Tableau: economics, statistics, education, sociology, public health
   4. Big Data Analysis: statistics, mathematics, data science, computer science
2. Have experience in compiling learning modules and/or media (confirmed with examples of work in Indonesian and/or English);
3. Have experience teaching in the material and are willing to become trainer if necessary;
4. Good Indonesian and English language skills, both spoken and written;
5. Knowledge of the issues that are the focus of Article 33 Indonesia's work will be an added value;
6. Skills in applying digital learning applications with the material offered
7. Willing to work both independently and with a team with a flexible schedule, and uphold the principles and policies of Article 33 Indonesia.
