INSTITUTION DESCRIPTION
Article 33 Indonesia is a policy research institute for inclusive development issues. Article 33 Indonesia has produced various research in the areas of: (a) regulatory mapping and regulatory framework; (b) education; (c) village development and 3T area management of natural resources (SDA); (d) health; (e) forestry; and (f) population. Apart from research, Article 33 Indonesia has also provided various policy development assistance for relevant governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations, where one of the activities carried out by Article 33 Indonesia is research and policy making.
LOCATION
This position will be placed in Jakarta, so it will prioritize candidates who live in Jakarta.
JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Institution Management team and the Sustainable Competency Development Model (PKB) Management team, the Competency Development Management Data Analyst is responsible for complying with Indonesia's Article 33 policy as well as managing the Independent Curriculum Implementation Program (IKM) and PKB.
- Scope of Work:
Identifying competency development data needs
Manage various data and draw conclusions from analysis results
Provide recommendations for improving the competency enhancement process
Presenting data for various purposes including decision making
QUALIFICATION
Education and Experience:
- Minimum S1 in social sciences
- Minimum 3 years experience in analyzing data related to human resource management such as training/competency improvement
- Have the skills to analyze, interpret and draw conclusions from relevant data including using statistical tools such as SPSS/Python
- Have good communication skills to present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
- Have knowledge of competency development methods, including training needs assessment, training program design, and training effectiveness
- Have critical thinking skills to question data, analyze trends, and identify potential biases in data interpretation
- Have the ability to work in a team
- Have the adaptability to adapt to new methods and tools in data analysis and competency development
General Competencies:
- Able to adapt to varied work environments and have good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a team consisting of various backgrounds, beliefs, ethnicities and cultures and nationalities
- Have good leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Indonesian both verbally and in writing
- Have initiative, creativity and problem solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Uphold the principles and policies of Article 33 Indonesia.
