Yayasan Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia is a policy research institution for inclusive development issues. Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia has produced various researches especially in 4 main areas: (a) education; (b) regional economy; (c) natural resources/climate change; (d) Gender Equity, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI). In addition to research, Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia has also provided various policy development assistance for related governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.

POSITION WANTED
Article Three Three Indonesia currently requires a position Research Assistant to support research related to food systems and climate change in Bandung City in the PESPA Project (Youth for Food Systems). This position is short term consultancy which focuses on data collection, report preparation, and supporting the presentation of research results.

LOCATION & HOW IT WORKS
The work is done in a remote with possible activity offline specific to the project needs. Applicants are not required to be domiciled in Bandung, but must be able to be present physically. offline if needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Supporting the process literature review for food systems and climate change research.
2. Collecting actual data according to the research instruments prepared by the Principal Investigator.
3. Assisting in the preparation of research reports and production policy brief (policy paper) regarding recommendations for policy improvements.
4. Supporting the process of presenting study results and policy recommendations to relevant parties.

EXPECTED OUTPUT

• Result document literature review.
• Relevant data that has been collected according to research needs.
• Contributions to research reports and policy papers.
• Study notes or presentations and policy recommendations.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in social, economic, environmental, or other related disciplines.
• Have experience doing literature review, data collection, or field research.
• Able to compile reports properly and systematically.
• Understanding of Food Systems issues, climate change, and public policy will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Results oriented, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Able to adapt to fast paced work and changes.
• Good communication in Indonesian (English language skills will be an added value).
• Uphold the principles of inclusion, equality and non-discrimination.
