Furthermore, the findings expose systemic inequalities in royalty flows, demonstrating that tribal elites and non-local leadership typically capture the economic benefits while the affected local settlers receive no compensation and are relegated to low-paying menial labor.
Beyond qualitative narrative accounts, the publication provides comprehensive administrative data regarding regional mining tenements. It includes chronological charts detailing the evaluation status of numerous Mineral Production Sharing Agreements (MPSA) and Exploration Permits (EP) across Region XI as of January 2013.
