ProjectsThis study explores the calculation of the ideal non-personnel operating unit costs for Special Education in DKI Jakarta Province in 2020. This study maps the operational cost needs outside of the salaries and allowances of educators and education personnel, based on the number of classes in each education unit. By calculating the ideal operating costs according to national education standards, this study aims to provide a strong basis for the DKI Jakarta Government in allocating the BOP budget more effectively to support the sustainability of special education operations.

This study aims to calculate the ideal non-personnel operating unit costs for Special Education in DKI Jakarta Province in 2020. The focus of this study is to determine operational costs excluding salaries and allowances for educators and education personnel, in accordance with applicable regulations. This calculation is based on the number of study groups (rombel) in each education unit. This study is an important step to ensure that the allocation of the Education Operational Assistance (BOP) budget can support the operation of special education in accordance with national standards.

This report is part of a study designed to map strategic financial needs in the special education sector. Each educational unit has unique characteristics in its operations, so this study seeks to provide a comprehensive picture of the ideal budget needs that are relevant to each class and student. This study aims to provide guidance for the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in determining budget policies that support the implementation of special education in a sustainable manner.
