This study explores good practices in the implementation of the Pre-Service Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program and the factors that influence its success. Focusing on various programs in Indonesia, this study reveals how individual factors and social relations play an important role in the teaching and learning process and the success of the Pre-Service PPG program.
This research report is part of a series of publications aimed at improving the quality of PPG program implementation in Indonesia, conducted by Article 33 Indonesia. After the first study successfully identified good practices in PPG implementation, this study details the factors driving the success of the program, as well as providing recommendations for improving PPG implementation in the future.
