INSTITUTION DESCRIPTION

The Indonesian Article Three Three Foundation is a policy research institute specializing in inclusive development issues. The Indonesian Article Three Three Foundation has produced various research projects, primarily in four key areas: (a) education; (b) regional economics; (c) natural resources/climate change (natural resources, climate, and energy); and (d) Gender Equity, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI). In addition to research, the Indonesian Article Three Three Foundation has also provided policy development assistance to relevant governments and established networks with relevant civil society organizations.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Program CREATION (Collaboration for Indonesian Children's Education), funded by the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and Save the Children, aims to improve learning and literacy, numeracy, and character competencies of primary school-aged children and enhance early childhood foundational skills that support their transition to the next stage through practices and policies in four fundamental areas (outcome), namely: curriculum and assessment, teaching, leadership, and child protection. These four areas align with the four aspects of the ideal school.  

1. Curriculum and Assessment.  Area This is in line with the student-centered learning aspect, which has a scope related to the implementation of the national curriculum which applies differentiated learning, and conducts assessments to obtain data as a basis for designing learning plans.
2. Teaching. This area is in line with the educational aspects that reflective, love to learn, share, and collaborate where teaching applies differentiated learning, adaptive pedagogical methods and creates an active and participatory environment, as well as the use of learning communities.
3. Leadership. This area is in line with Leadership for continuous improvement of education services where increasing the capacity of school principals for school leadership is carried out through the principal learning community, and ensuring that they can supervise learning and design the curriculum of educational units.
4. Child protection. This area is in line with the aspect A safe, inclusive and diversity-celebrating school climate where child protection encompasses prevention of bullying, sexual violence and ensuring an inclusive environment.

LOCATION & WORK PERIOD

The KREASI program managed by Article 33 Indonesia is carried out in North Nias Regency, North Sumatra Province. The working period is 1 (one) year, terhitung sejak calon Finance & Admin Officer terpilih menandatangani kontrak hingga Desember 2025.

SCOPE OF WORK

1. Perencanaan Anggaran Program
   – Mendukung tim dalam menyusun anggaran berbasis kebutuhan program.
   – Memastikan administrasi keuangan sesuai kebijakan program dan organisasi.
   – Mengelola alur keluar-masuk anggaran untuk keperluan operasional.
   – Memastikan ketersediaan dana untuk setiap kegiatan program.
   
2. Program Implementation
   – Menyediakan dukungan administratif dan keuangan selama pelaksanaan program.
   – Mengelola dokumen pendukung seperti kontrak, nota, dan invoice.
   
3. Monitoring and Evaluation
   – Memantau kelengkapan dokumen administrasi dan keuangan program.
   – Menyusun laporan evaluasi administratif dan keuangan.
   
4. Pengelolaan Anggaran
   – Membantu menyusun anggaran program bersama tim keuangan.
   – Memberikan masukan terhadap efisiensi anggaran untuk program.
   
5. Pelaporan Anggaran
   – Menyusun laporan keuangan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
   – Memastikan semua pelaporan keuangan sesuai kebijakan organisasi.
   – Mendukung penyusunan laporan kegiatan program berdasarkan dokumen administratif.

QUALIFICATION SPECIAL
Untuk dapat menjalankan tanggungjawabnya sebagai Finance & Admin Officer, maka harus memenuhi syarat dan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:

1. Minimal D3 di bidang Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau bidang terkait.
2. Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang akunting, keuangan, atau administrasi.
3. Pengalaman bekerja dengan organisasi non-profit/LSM menjadi nilai tambah.
4. Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel) dan sistem akuntansi (misalnya, SAP atau QuickBooks).
5. Memahami prosedur pengelolaan keuangan, pengarsipan dokumen, dan laporan keuangan.
6. Mampu menyusun laporan keuangan bulanan dan tahunan, termasuk rekonsiliasi bank dan petty cash.
7. Memiliki pemahaman dasar terkait kebijakan pajak (PPH, PPN) menjadi nilai tambah.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

1. Teliti, jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
2. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, tertulis maupun lisan.
3. Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dengan supervisi dan koordinasi dengan Tim Program dan Manajemen.
4. Berdomisili di Kabupaten Nias Utara atau bersedia untuk relokasi.
5. Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas jika diperlukan.
