Yayasan Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia is a policy research institution for inclusive development issues. Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia has produced various researches especially in 4 main areas: (a) education; (b) regional economy; (c) natural resources/climate change; (d) Gender Equity, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI). In addition to research, Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia has also provided various policy development assistance for related governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.

Article 33 opens up opportunities for the best talents to join as Project Officer in the Division Natural Resources, Climate, and Energy (NRCE). Under the supervision of the Project Manager. Coordinate with internal teams across divisions and external stakeholders. In this role, you will be the part that will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and evaluating project activities to ensure that their implementation runs according to the work plan, budget, and targets that have been set, together with the Project Manager. This position focuses on overall project management, including coordination with stakeholders, supervision of field activities, and ensuring that each project deliverable is achieved properly, on time, and with quality.

LOCATION & HOW IT WORKS

Implementing work mode hybrid with the majority of work done online remote (WFH), while WFO is adjusted to the needs of a particular project or activity. The Article 33 Indonesia office is located in Jakarta.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Project Planning and Implementation
  • Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting
  • Develop project monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.
  • Prepare periodic reports on project progress, including challenges and solutions.
  • Identify best practices and lessons learned that can be applied to future activities.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management
    • Establish good working relationships with project partners, donors, governments and communities.
    • Support advocacy activities or socialization of programs related to the project.
  • Administrative and Logistics Support
  • Manage project administration, including document filing and simple financial reporting.
  • Arrange logistical needs for the implementation of field activities or meetings.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in a field relevant to the project theme.
  • Minimum 1-2 years work experience in project implementation or management
  • Have project management, communication and problem solving skills
  • Mastery of administrative and financial skills, including tools (eg, Google Workspace)

  • Oriented to good output, on time, accurate and innovative details;
  • Can work together in teams or independently, able to adapt to varied work environments, have good interpersonal qualifications, able to work together in teams consisting of various backgrounds, beliefs, ethnicities and cultures and nationalities;

  • Have good leadership and communication skills;
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian both verbally and in writing;
  • Have initiative, creativity and problem solving skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
