This study aims to identify and calculate the standard unit cost of school facilities and infrastructure investment for elementary, junior high, and senior high schools in Indonesia. With this approach, the study provides an important basis for the Central and Regional Governments in compiling estimates of national and regional budget needs, as well as designing relevant financing schemes outside the DAK Education framework.
This report is part of a study designed to answer key questions related to the unit cost of educational facilities and infrastructure at each school level. In addition, this study highlights how the results of this calculation can be used to prepare an effective budget for educational facilities and infrastructure needs. This study aims to support the government in achieving optimal education standards through data-based budget planning.
