INSTITUTION DESCRIPTION

Yayasan Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia is a policy research institution for inclusive development issues. Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia has produced various researches especially in 4 main areas: (a) education; (b) regional economy; (c) natural resources/climate change (natural resources, climate, and energy); (d) Gender Equity, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI). In addition to research, Artikel Tiga Tiga Indonesia has also provided various policy development assistance for related governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Program CREATION (Collaboration for Indonesian Children's Education), funded by the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and Save the Children, aims to improve learning and literacy, numeracy, and character competencies of primary school-aged children and improve early childhood foundation skills that support their transition to the next stage through practices and policies in four fundamental areas (outcomes), namely: curriculum and assessment, teaching, leadership, and child protection. These four areas are in line with the four aspects of the ideal school.  

1. Curriculum and Assessment.  Area This is in line with the aspect of student-centered learning, which has a scope related to the implementation of the national curriculum which applies differentiated learning, and carries out assessments to obtain data as a basis for designing learning plans.
2. Teaching. This area is in line with the educational aspect that reflective, keen to learn, share, and collaborate where teaching applies differentiated learning, adaptive pedagogical methods and creates an active and participatory environment, as well as the use of learning communities.
3. Leadership. This area is in line with Leadership for continuous improvement of education services where increasing the capacity of school principals for school leadership is carried out through the principal learning community, and ensuring that they can supervise learning and design the curriculum of educational units.
4. Child protection. This area is in line with the aspect A safe, inclusive and diversity-celebrating school climate where child protection includes prevention of bullying, sexual violence and ensuring an inclusive environment.

LOCATION & WORK PERIOD

The KREASI program managed by Article 33 Indonesia is carried out in North Nias Regency, North Sumatra Province. Periode kerja adalah 1 tahun terhitung sejak calon PPD (Principal Professional Development) Officer terpilih menandatangani kontrak.

SCOPE OF WORK

1. Program Implementation
   – Mengkoordinasikan pelaksanaan program PPD di wilayah sasaran. 
   – Terlibat dalam pelatihan kepala sekolah terkait:
   a. Kepimpinan pembelajaran,
   b. Supervisi akademik, dan
   c. Pengelolaan sekolah berbasis data.
   – Melakukan pendampingan terhadap kepala sekolah dalam implementasi praktik di sekolah.
   - Develop beneficiary data tracker which is valid and periodic.
   – Melakukan kunjungan lapangan secara berkala untuk memantau kualitas implementasi.
   
2. Monitoring and Evaluation
   – Mendukung pengembangan tools M&E untuk komponen PDD.
   – Memantau progres dan kualitas implementasi di sekolah.
   – Mengidentifikasi tantangan dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan.
   – Berkontribusi dalam penyusunan laporan program.
   
3. Data Collection and Reporting
   – Mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data terkait kinerja kepala sekolah.
   – Menyusun laporan rutin bulanan/triwulanan.
   – Mendokumentasikan praktik baik dan pembelajaran program.
   
4. Penguatan Komunitas dan Pendampingan
   – Memfasilitasi komunitas belajar kepala sekolah (misalnya KKKS).
   – Mendorong praktik refleksi dan pembelajaran sejawat.
   – Mendukung pengimbasan praktik baik antar sekolah.
   
5. Collaboration and Partnership
   – Berkoordinasi dengan Dinas Pendidikan, pengawas sekolah, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya.
   – Membangun kolaborasi untuk mendukung keberlanjutan program.
   – Mewakili organisasi dalam forum terkait kepemimpinan pendidikan.
   
6. Child Protection
   – Memastikan seluruh kegiatan memperhatikan prinsip perlindungan anak.
   – Mendukung kepala sekolah dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan inklusif.

QUALIFICATION SPECIAL
Untuk dapat menjalankan tanggungjawabnya sebagai PPD Officer, maka harus memenuhi syarat dan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:

1. Minimal S1 Pendidikan, Manajemen Pendidikan, atau bidang relevan.
2. Minimal 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan dalam bidang Pendidikan Pengembangan Masyarakat, atau bidang terkait.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

1. Memiliki Laptop.
2. Memahami konsep kepemimpinan pendidikan dan supervisi pembelajaran.
3. Berpengalaman memfasilitasi pelatihan/workshop.
4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik dan bekerja dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan.
5. Memiliki pemahaman tentang kepemimpinan pembelajaran dan pengelolaan sekolah.
6. Memahami kebijakan pendidikan nasional.
7. Memahami prinsip pembelajaran orang dewasa (andragogi).
8. Mampu melakukan monitoring, evaluasi, dan pelaporan.
9. Mampu dan bersedia bekerja di lokasi program.
10. Memiliki keterampilan dasar komputer (Microsoft Office, E-mail, dan Internet).
11. Domiciled or willing to be placed in North Nias Regency.
