INSTITUTION DESCRIPTION

Tiga Tiga Indonesia is a policy research institute for inclusive development issues. Tiga Tiga Indonesia articles have produced various research, especially in 4 main areas: (a) education; (b) regional economy; (c) natural resources / climate change (natural resources and climate change); (d) GEDSI. Apart from research, Article Tiga Tiga Indonesia has also provided various assistance in policy development for relevant governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.

Article Tiga Tiga which is currently working in the education sector currently requires candidates to help run educational projects in collaboration with the Central Government. This position will be assisted in carrying out projects at the Self-Managed Directorate General of Primary & Secondary Education.

LOCATION & HOW IT WORKS

This position will be placed in Jakarta, so it prioritizes candidates who are domiciled in Jakarta.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating the implementation of activity programs. 
  • Follow up on the results of the activities carried out by the implementing team. 
  • Reporting the results of follow-up activities to the monitoring and evaluation coordinator. 
  • Participate in the entire series of coordination meetings with the implementation team and the Ministry of Education and Culture and make meeting minutes.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, special reports for the inspection team when there is an inspection, and at the program completion stage assist in the preparation of the final report.
  • Supporting the implementation of offline activities, both internal activities and activities that have cost implications.
  • Make summary notes of all documentation collected for the Implementation Team (Timesheet; Monthly Activity Report for the Implementation Team; Report related to Scope).
  • Review the suitability of the Implementation Team's monthly report format (Timesheets; Implementation Team Monthly Activity Report; Implementation Team Output).
  • Coordinate with the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator and Program Leaders in compiling the Implementation Team's Monthly Report (Timesheets; Implementation Team Monthly Activity Report; Implementation Team Output).
  • Coordinate with the Implementation Team regarding improvement notes in the Implementation Team's Monthly Report (Timesheet; Implementation Team Monthly Activity Report; Implementation Team Output).
  • Participate in regular coordination meetings, including monthly internal ones, with the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator and Program Leaders as needed and attend monthly coordination meetings between the Management Team, Implementation Team, PPK and Supervisory Team. 
  • Archive all output from the implementation team and collaborate with Administrative Staff to print them at the request of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum D3 education in the field of Management Information Systems/ICT/Economics/Management/others.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience.
  • Having experience working with the Ministry is preferred.
  • Have the ability to manage data and project management.
  • Usually travel out of town.
  • Able to adapt to varied work environments and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team consisting of various backgrounds, beliefs, ethnicities and cultures and nationalities.
  • Having good communication skills.
  • Have initiative, creativity and problem solving skills.
  • Have high commitment and discipline.
  • Proficient in using computers, Google Drive, and other internet-based work tools.
  • Able to communicate well in writing, because work will be carried out in a hybrid manner (WFO & WFH).
  • Have a supporting work device (laptop and device with an internet network).

  • Fluency in English and Indonesian both verbally and in writing;

  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
  • Uphold the principles and policies of Article 33 Indonesia.
