Tiga Tiga Indonesia is a policy research institute for inclusive development issues. Tiga Tiga Indonesia articles have produced various research, especially in 4 main areas: (a) education; (b) regional economy; (c) natural resources / climate change (natural resources and climate change); (d) GEDSI. Apart from research, Article Tiga Tiga Indonesia has also provided various assistance in policy development for relevant governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.

Article Tiga Tiga which is currently working in the education sector currently requires candidates to help run educational projects in collaboration with the Central Government. This position will be assisted in carrying out projects at the Self-Managed Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel (GTK).

LOCATION & HOW IT WORKS

This position will be placed in Jakarta, so it prioritizes candidates who are domiciled in Jakarta.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The Assistant Communications Specialist is responsible for communications in the field of Career Management for Teachers and Education Personnel, including: 1) Teacher Professional Education (PPG); 2) State Civil Servants, Government Employees with Employment Agreements (ASN PPPK); 3) Talent Management; 4) Appreciation of Teachers and Education Personnel (GTK) and National Teachers' Day (HGN); 5) Accelerate the assignment of Driving Teachers (GP) to become School Principals/School Supervisors; 6) Other governance programs
  • With the following work results (output).
    • GTK Governance policy and program communication strategies;
    • Publication material documents
    • Booklets
    • Exposure material 
    • Articles for social media
    • Terms of Reference (TOR)
    • Manuscript (Storylines
    • Flyers
    • Other supporting materials

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum S1.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years work experience in the field of communications/public relations/campaigns/publications/branding/public policy.
  • Have experience implementing communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Having experience working/cooperating with the government is preferred.
  • Have the ability to build relationships with various parties.
  • Able to communicate effectively and efficiently both orally/in writing at a personal level or in large forums.
  • Able to work in groups or independently.
  • Have the ability to pay attention to all the small details when working on assignments or projects and be able to complete tasks on time.
  • Have high initiative and confidence in providing input on obstacles faced in completing work.
  • Able to adapt quickly and adjust to a relatively fast team work rhythm.
  • Facilitation skills and experience are preferred.
  • Have writing skills and experience, both articles/content are better.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Can adapt to fast work rhythms and changes;
  • Oriented to good output, on time, accurate and innovative details;
  • Can work together in teams or independently, able to adapt to varied work environments, have good interpersonal qualifications, able to work together in teams consisting of various backgrounds, beliefs, ethnicities and cultures and nationalities;
  • Able to handle several programs/work simultaneously;
  • Have good leadership and communication skills;
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian both verbally and in writing;
  • Have initiative, creativity and problem solving skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
  • Uphold the principles and policies of Article 33 Indonesia.
