INSTITUTION DESCRIPTION

Article Three Three Indonesia is a policy research institute for inclusive development issues. Article Three Three Indonesia has produced various researches especially in 4 main areas: (a) education; (b) regional economy; (c) natural resources/climate change (natural resources And climate change); (d) GEDSI. Apart from research, Article Tiga Tiga Indonesia has also provided various assistance in policy development for relevant governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.

Three Three Indonesian Articles look for candidate Apprenticeship NRCC and GEDSI issues. Interns will assist the NRRC and GEDSI Project Managers in proposal development, program implementation and research. NRCC and GEDSI interns will be under the supervision of the Project Manager, and will coordinate with other related teams. The internship duration is 3-6 months and has the opportunity to be extended andassign to another project.

LOCATION & HOW IT WORKS

This position will be placed in Jakarta, so it prioritizes candidates who are domiciled in Jakarta.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • ADMINISTRATION (30%)
    • Document Management: Organize and store all documents related to NRRC and GEDSI, including proposals, reports and correspondence.
    • Schedule Coordination: Arrange and remind meeting schedules, deadlines, and other activities for Project Managers and related teams.
    • Internal Communication: Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal memos, meeting minutes, and ensure all project-related information is properly communicated to all team members.
    • Simple Budget Management: Assist in recording project expenses, collecting receipts, and preparing simple financial reports as directed by the Project Manager.
  • NRCC & GEDSI COMPARTMENT PROJECT ASSISTANT (40%)
    • Project Implementation Support: Supporting Project Manager in planning and implementing activities such as preparing materials, searching for references and information, and simple operational support.
  • CONTENT WRITING (30%)
    • Preparation of Publication Materials: Write articles, blogs, and social media updates focused on NRRC and GEDSI issues, for publication on the organization’s website and social media platforms.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • Priority and Flexibility: As the workload may vary, interns are expected to be able to prioritize tasks with direction from the Project Manager and be ready to flexibly adjust to project needs.
  • Training and Supervision: Interns will receive initial training in all aspects of this assignment and will work under the supervision of a Project Manager who will provide regular guidance and feedback.

ENVIRONMENT AND WORK RELATIONS

  • Under the supervision of the NRCC and GEDSI Project Manager
  • Coordinate with other internal and cross-unit teams.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Final year students or fresh graduate in the economic, social, political or relevant fields;
  • Have an interest in natural resources/climate change issues (natural resources And climate change) and GEDSI
  • Having experience in working on projects will be more in demand

  • Can adapt to fast work rhythms and changes;
  • Oriented to good output, on time, accurate and innovative details;
  • Can work together in teams or independently, able to adapt to varied work environments, have good interpersonal qualifications, able to work together in teams consisting of various backgrounds, beliefs, ethnicities and cultures and nationalities;

  • Have good leadership and communication skills;
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian both verbally and in writing;
  • Have initiative, creativity and problem solving skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
  • Uphold the principles and policies of Article 33 Indonesia.
