INSTITUTION DESCRIPTION
Article Three Three Indonesia is a policy research institute for inclusive development issues. Article Three Three Indonesia has produced various researches especially in 4 main areas: (a) education; (b) regional economy; (c) natural resources/climate change (natural resources And climate change); (d) GEDSI. Apart from research, Article Tiga Tiga Indonesia has also provided various assistance in policy development for relevant governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.
Article Three Three Indonesia looking for candidates Internship Staff For Communication and Publication Division. The intern will be responsible for supporting the organization's external communications and publication activities, as well as managing knowledge management related to publication and documentation. Interns will be under the supervision Communication and Publication Manager, Communication and Publication Officer, and coordinate closely with other internal teams in preparing publication materials, managing social media and managing events.
LOCATION & HOW IT WORKS
This position will be placed in Jakarta, so it prioritizes candidates who are domiciled in Greater Jakarta.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- External Communication
- Manage all external communication channels (WA, Twitter, IG, LinkedIn, Website).
- Manage interactions with the public and ensure that the messages delivered are consistent with branding organization.
- Publication
- Plan content planner every month, identify and integrate publication scheduling content for social media and websites.
- Create writing frameworks, captions, and articles for publication on social media and websites.
- Design graphic materials such as posters, infographics, photo collages, and other publication materials.
- Uploading all publications in all channel communication according to the planned schedule.
- Compile monthly publication recapitulation reports on all channel communication.
- Do tracking and analysis engagement social media to improve communication strategies.
- Knowledge Management
- Compile and maintain repository publication data, event materials, contacts, and other documentation.
- Events & Administration
- Supporting the preparation and execution of events, including sending invitations, coordination, and follow up, and documentation.
- Assist in compiling graphic design materials (posters, videos, infographics, etc.) as well as written materials related to the event.
- Manage repository event materials and documents for reporting and publication needs.
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Fresh graduates communication majors preferred, graphic design, or a relevant field.
- Have writing and public communication skills (including social media).
- Experienced with graphic design and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or software similar.
- Understand the basics of social media management (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Interested in strategic communication management and internal-external publications.
- Have the ability to convert research results into interesting and easy-to-understand communication and publication content.
- Have high familiarity in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
- Have insight into important issues relevant to the institution and be able to create communication materials from data-based research.

- Oriented to good output, on time, accurate and innovative details;
- Can work together in teams or independently, able to adapt to varied work environments, have good interpersonal qualifications, able to work together in teams consisting of various backgrounds, beliefs, ethnicities and cultures and nationalities;
- Able to handle several programs/work simultaneously;
- Have good leadership and communication skills;
- Fluency in English and Indonesian both verbally and in writing;
- Have initiative, creativity and problem solving skills;
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Uphold the principles and policies of Article 33 Indonesia.
