INSTITUTION DESCRIPTION
Tiga Tiga Indonesia is a policy research institute for inclusive development issues. Tiga Tiga Indonesia articles have produced various research, especially in 4 main areas: (a) education; (b) regional economy; (c) natural resources / climate change (natural resources and climate change); (d) GEDSI. Apart from research, Article Tiga Tiga Indonesia has also provided various assistance in policy development for relevant governments and built networks with various relevant civil society organizations.
Tiga Tiga Article, which is currently engaged in the field of education, is currently looking for candidates to help run an education project in collaboration with the Central Government. This position will be seconded to run the project in Swakelola Ditjen PAUD Dikdasmen, Kemendikbudristek.
LOCATION & HOW IT WORKS
This position will be placed in Jakarta (with a system hybrid), so that priority is given to candidates who are domiciled in Jakarta and surrounding areas.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supporting the implementation of the PAUD-SD-Transition cross-unit program
- Providing assistance to related directorates in implementing advocacy and assistance strategies for UPT, Education Office, and Partners (cross-ministerial and other partners) aimed at strengthening the education ecosystem, especially in the Elementary School environment.
- Supporting the strengthening of the role of partners in supporting the PAUD-SD communication forum.
- Internalization of PAUD Transformation
- Supporting the finalization of the PAUD Roadmap intervention.
- Providing assistance to related units in determining partners to assist in completing the PAUD Roadmap.
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in education, public policy, social sciences
- Minimum 5 years experience in related field.
- Experienced in writing program reports, research, policy products, policy notes, etc.
- Experience in teaching is preferred.
- Have an interest in education.
- Have good communication and cooperation skills.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills.
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
- Having experience working/collaborating with the government is preferred.
- Experience working with and/or implementing government programs is an added value
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Can adapt to fast work rhythms and changes;
- Oriented to good output, on time, accurate and innovative details;
- Can work together in teams or independently, able to adapt to varied work environments, have good interpersonal qualifications, able to work together in teams consisting of various backgrounds, beliefs, ethnicities and cultures and nationalities;
- Able to handle several programs/work simultaneously;
- Have good leadership and communication skills;
- Fluency in English and Indonesian both verbally and in writing;
- Have initiative, creativity and problem solving skills;
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Uphold the principles and policies of Article 33 Indonesia.
