Article 33 Indonesia invites transcription service providers to support audio transcription of interviews and focus group discussions (FGDs) that are part of the LASSO/SOLUTION Project Gender Study. This activity involves the regions of Central Sulawesi, Central Java, and the Bangka Belitung Islands. We need accurate and quality transcription services to support primary data analysis in this study.
Scope of work
We require a verbatim transcription (recording the speech as is) of the audio recording with the following details:
• Total Audio Units: 80 items.
• Audio Duration: Varies between 30-150 minutes per item.
• Activities in audio include: community interviews, focus group discussions (FGD) at district and village levels, as well as interviews with OPD (Regional Apparatus Organizations) and NGOs.
Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Transcription Fees:
• Rp 2,500 per audio minute (equivalent to Rp 150,000 per hour).
• This price includes usage tools supporters such as tl;dv Pro to improve efficiency and accuracy.
2. Output Format:
• Use verbatim document format according to the guidelines provided.
3. Completion Time:
• The work is divided into two stages:
• Stage 1: Deadline December 7, 2024 (70%)
• Stage 2: Deadline 14 December 2024 (30%)
4. Applicant Criteria:
• Experience in audio transcription, particularly social research or field studies.
• Able to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
• Familiarity with gender and social inclusion terms will be an added advantage.
